Pinch Climbing – Coaching Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all coaching services provided by Pinch Climbing. By booking or participating, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Pinch Climbing provides personalised climbing coaching and training plans as outlined on our website and confirmed at booking.

2. Payment

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services

  • Pricing is listed in AUD and subject to change without notice (but not for sessions already booked)

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or receive credit

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

  • Training plans are non-refundable once commenced

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time with suitable equipment and readiness to train

  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participation

  • Follow all instructions and safety guidance provided by your coach

5. Pinch Climbing Rights

  • Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, facility closures, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Pinch Climbing reserves the right to refuse service if safety rules or terms are not followed

6. Liability

Coaching is undertaken at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinch Climbing excludes liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
